Taylor Street helps Gary* get a taxi

Gary* was attempting to appeal a decision that would mean that he was no longer able to get subsidised taxis.

He had an interview with the Taylor Street Community Legal Service who told Gary that an appeal would be unsuccessful due to his recent epilepsy episodes and that it would be better to put in a new application.

With their help Gary lodged a new application detailing the recent epilepsy episodes, which was successful.  Gary was delighted with the outcome as his financial hardship, and inability to transport himself would have had a significant impact on him.
