Understanding how your organisation achieves its purpose and delivers impact for the clients and stakeholders it serves has become an increasing area of focus around the Board table.
In this webinar, Michelle Cutler (former Chief Operating Officer at CLCs Australia) will breakdown the key elements of governing for impact, including what it means in practice, identifying key questions that Boards and Management Committees should be asking, and an outline of some impact models being deployed by for-purpose organisations.
This webinar is available free of charge to employees of Community Legal Centres Queensland member organisations.
Non-Qld CLCs and people from the private or other sectors are welcome to attend the webinar but will need to pay a $20 registration fee.
