Caxton Legal Centre is holding a professional developement seminar on how to best apply the Human Rights Act in your work at a community legal centre.

This professional development event offers prac88oners the opportunity to gain two CPD points.

Section 1:
Bridget Burton will discuss cases and emerging themes pertaining to the Human Rights Act.

Section 2:
Keryn Ruska will closely look at selected rights and respective issue spotting.

Section 3:
Finally, Anna Brasnett will explain how to best use the Human Rights Act in legal tasks, such as letter writing, formulating complaints and presenting submissions.

Section 4:
This is your time to have your questions answered and engage in a lively and informative discussion about the Human Rights Act in Queensland.
