Community Legal Centres Queensland (CLCQ) was funded by the Department of Justice and Attorney-General to lead the development of a demand management framework to support Queensland CLCs to implement and/or improve existing intake and triage, and demand management systems, in an environment in which demand for services exceeds capacity, and in which government funding requires centres to target their services to the most vulnerable and disadvantaged clients.
This webinar, presented by Sammy Cooper, Sector Sustainability Coordinator at CLCQ, will cover the lessons from and scope of the project, the importance of data in demand management and how this was used to implement Power BI in QLD CLCs. It will also give an overview of the tool suite created by CLCQ for centres to implement, including a demand management framework, conflict scripts, template emails and scripts for front line staff, problem identification and Power BI resources.
