About the job
- Role location: Beenleigh
- Role type: Permanent, part-time 15 hours a week over 3 days
- Pay range: $38.65 to $40.62 an hour based on experience, with salary packaging exempt from Fringe Benefits Tax available
In this role you will:
- Be the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing front-line reception and ensuring a welcoming, professional, and culturally safe environment.
- Support the legal team by managing client intake, appointment bookings, file management, and preparing legal documents and correspondence.
- Coordinate and assist with events, including legal clinics, community sessions, and organisational meetings—handling logistics, setup, and communications.
- Oversee daily office administration, including supplies, mail, travel arrangements, and maintaining a functional and tidy workspace.
- Build positive relationships with clients, courts, government and non-government agencies, and contribute to a collaborative, values-driven team.
