Family Violence and Temporary Visas

In this session, RAILS Legal Practice Director, Neha Vaidyanathan and Senior Solicitor, Emma Fell will explain the family violence provisions in Partner Visas, the recent expansion of family violence provisions to other visas and issues arising for female temporary visa holders experiencing family violence.

This webinar brings CPD points for lawyers and migration agents subject to the rules of your state law society and MARA (agents note that it will change from a Category A workshop into a Category B seminar if participant numbers are over 30).
