National Access to Justice and Pro Bono Conference

The 9th National Access to Justice and Pro Bono Conference provides a national forum to discuss the latest perspectives and ideas on access to justice and pro bono matters to support society’s most vulnerable.

The conference attracts delegates from across Australia, including legal professionals, judges, government law officers, academics and students. It is a unique opportunity to join your fellow colleagues from the access to justice sector, private practitioners and pro bono lawyers, including representatives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Services, Community Legal Centres, Legal Aid Commissions and Family Violence Prevention Legal Services.

The two-day program has been designed by leaders of the sector to explore the various challenges and opportunities associated with enhancing access to legal services and pro bono work. There will be a focus on the future of legal services, self and collective care of professionals and clients, and practical sessions to share knowledge and best practice with your peers.
