Bayside Community Legal Service (BCLS) is an incorporated community organisation founded in 1992. We are a nationally accredited legal centre.
BCLS's core activities are the provision of legal advice, information and referrals. BCLS is passionate about providing legal education to the community.
BCLS has a free mediation service.
BCLS is heavily reliant on our 85+ volunteers made up of students, lawyers and mediators. Bayside Community Legal Service could not provide legal assistance to the Bayside community without the hardwork and dedication of our volunteers.

Monday to Thursday – 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. In person or telephone appointments are available.
Night client appointments are available via phone only between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm on Mondays.
Prior booking of appointments is essential because there is no walk-in service.
