The Queensland Ombudsman gives people a timely, effective and independent way to have administrative actions of agencies investigated. The Ombudsman’s complaints investigation service is free and independent.
The Ombudsman investigates complaints about the actions and decisions of state government departments and agencies, local councils and public universities. State government services the Ombudsman investigates include public housing, state schools and child safety.
Drawing on case studies from the Ombudsman’s investigations, this webinar will provide you with an understanding of what your clients can expect if they make a complaint. This session will be presented by Ombudsman Anthony Reilly and principal investigators Annette Knights and Rhiannon Hunter.
